REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY:
1) All dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age or older with 3 sets of
vaccinations.
2) All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered.
3) All dogs must be current on all vaccinations. Owner must give
written proof of DHLPP, RABIES and BORDATELLA. Information must
be updated as vaccinations expire. We require the Bordatella vaccine
every 6 months. Remember dogs receiving the Bordatella must wait
7-10 days for it to be effective!!!!!
4) All dogs must be on flea and heartworm preventatives.
5) All dogs must be in good health. Owners must certify that their
dog(s) are in good health and have not been sick with a communicable
disease within the last 30 days. Any dog that has been sick within the
last 30 days must submit veterinarian certification to be admitted or
readmitted into daycare.
6) All dogs must be non-aggression and not food or toy protective.
7) All dogs must pass an interview to be admitted. The interview is
done during their first day of daycare. There is a $20.00 fee for this
initial assessment.
8) All dogs must have an application on file
